KT Tunstall is back with her 6th studio album ‘Wax’ (out October 5) and today the Scottish born Los Angeles based singer-songwriter has shared the first of the new sounds in the form of lead off single ‘The River’.

‘The River’ is everything you expect from an high tempo KT Tunstall tune. With its catchy hook, danceable rhythms and a feel good factor that only KT knows how to deliver in spades, ‘The River’ is a sure live favourite no matter the venue or setting and has definitely whet my appetite ahead of the album release.

On a spooky side note it was only earlier today as I sat going through some new music that I suddenly had the thought of “I wish I had some new KT Tunstall music to play” and then twelve hours or so later, my inbox pings with a brad new Tunstall tune, weird or what!
